This was super simple to make and was really good. Next time though I will add a bit of jalapeño just to give it a like kick.

This is my third time making this delicious salad. Goes together easily. I make the whole recipe, then take out my portion and set it aside. And only then, do I fold in that stinky cilantro. The rest of the family loved it and asked for it again next week.
