This is a favorite recipe of mine, but a chef friend told me to omit the oregano and add a TBSP of Cavenders Greek Seasoning. That was a game changer!!
Another favorite is steak pita sandwiches-with just thin steak, onions, mushrooms and Cavenders Greek Seasoning.
