Loved the recipe, friends came around for dinner last night and asked for the recipe to use at Christmas.
Mini Mozarellaa Balls replace with Baby bocconcini from (Woolworths/Safeway). TRying the dressing before adding to salad, it seem quite sweet, but actually very nice, as the tomatoes absorbed some of the sweetness. Just lovely !!!

In reply to Patricia Gorman. Chiffonade is a slicing technique. Cut into long, thin strips by stacking leaves, rolling them tightly, then slicing the leaves perpendicular to the roll.
