I make this a lot using some sour cream and sweetened coconut, but might try the stabilized real cream. Any kind of tropical fruit can be added like kiwi, mango, etc.

Not exactly how I make my 5 cup fruit salad, I added sour cream, never made it with heavy cream!

This ambrosia is so delicious! I made it for my daughter’s graduation party yesterday and the family loved it – and my extended family can be picky. I used cherries in place of the strawberries because I have a cousin who cannot have strawberries. Next time I do want to try it with the strawberries tho!
