This was delicious and easy. It was better than a restaurant. I cooked hot vegetables with the salmon so it made it easier and poured dressing all over it.

Absolutely delicious! Didn’t change a thing. TIP: Salmon is done when it slides easily off the skin.

Wow! This was as easy as promised, and amazingly delicious. I used a black currant balsamic, and it helped make the salmon glaze incredibly sweet and umami. I was making this ahead to pack lunches for the week. I mixed the feta and all veg EXCEPT the lettuce together, poured the dressing over, then rested the salmon fillets on top and stored in the fridge; so each morning I could put together a bed of lettuce, add a serving of the dressed salad, and top with salmon. Easy, delicious, healthy lunches!

I reduce the balsalmic for about 45 minutes instead of 12 minutes. it turned into a thick syrup and the dish was amazing!
