Made it and will continue to do so in place of purchasing canned Nacho Cheese – which I do not have a complaint about just prefer homemade.

We’ve done it! The key is to microwave in short increments like 10-15 seconds, and stir in between.

I made the cheese sauce and added
salt and pepper, a small can of green Chilis and bacon pieces. It was amazingly delicious and my family loved it! I will definitely make it again!!

It was incredibly easy to make, nice and creamy but it didn’t have much flavor. I may try again and add shredded cheese.
