I used sweet potatoes and some yams instead of the Yukon potatoes. I pureed two cups and it just came out perfect with a little bit of sweetness definitely recommend it!

Fantastic recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers. We made our own stock with the turkey scraps and bones and used that with this recipe. The results were amazing. Definitely going to be an annual post-Thanksgiving tradition.

Enjoyed this turkey soup on a cold winter day. Changes were mash potatoes, used turkey gravy w/ water and less broth. The soup was creamy, flavorful and tasty.
