I made this tonight. Someone else had commented that it’s too sweet. I have to agree. I was confused where the sweetness came from. Then I looked at the Worcester sauce and it has molasses and sugar. Next time I’ll reduce the Worcester.

Made this in my mother-in-law’s old blue speckled Dutch oven… It was so delicious, the family said so! So tender and flavorful, had a little red wine left over and that really did the trick. Thank you so much! Super easy and the house smelled divine.

I’ve made this recipe so many times and love it! The only thing I do differently is try to get a little sear on my carrots and onions (sometimes parsnips too) before adding them to the pot. 5 stars!
