Made this tonight. I just had my right hip replaced so I had to do it in stages. It turned out sooooo good, so tasty. My husband kept saying how good it smelled while cooking. So, leftovers tomorrow night that I know he will enjoy. Thank you so much for this very tasty recipe!!

It’s possible, but you’d need to significantly increase the cooking time on the rice, which may leave you with overcooked chicken and mushy broccoli.

Halved the recipe. Rice was a little underdone, not by much. But the broccoli didn’t soften up at all. Recommend precooking it
I would made again. With my changes.
Taste was good. Kids approved.
