Really loved these chops! I did a slight mod, I dredged in flour before the egg dip. I also put a Tbsp of yogurt in with the egg/milk mixture. My wife thought they were delicious!

The amount of butter in the recipe is way too much. We ended up using only half of the butter. Good flavor, and went well with fried cabbage.

Exactly how I make mine. If you put them in a zip lock bag with either buttermilk or Alegro the night before, they will be more tender yet!

Great crispy breaded pork chops/hv made them twice.will make them again. I give them a 5 star!
