Made these fajitas for the first time today, following the recipe except I sliced the chicken ahead of time and mixed in half of the dry ingredients to coat the chicken strips before cooking. “Please make these again!” was the review from my family! To me, that’s always the best thing to hear after preparing a meal!

I also had chicken in the freezer and tortillas in the fridge. I cut the recipe down to one chicken breasts for my husband and myself. Maybe used to much of the spice, my mouth was on fire! But, it was delicious! I’ll cut down the proportion of the spices next time, but will definitely make this again! Every recipe I have made so far from the Stay at Home Chef has been easy and delicious.

Everyone raved about the fajitas! I also used a couple of chick thighs , and I prefer that. I sliced the chick breasts in half horizontally and cooked on the grill. Will definitely make again.

Outstanding fajita seasoning mix recipe! Definitely a keeper. Had to improvise a bit with the 2nd part. I had no fresh garlic or limes on hand so I used a little garlic powder and a splash of Mexican beer for the limes. Worked like a champ!!
