I needed a July 3rd meal quick and this recipe came to the rescue. It was so delicious. Good salsas, fresh cilantro, some crema or Greek yoghurt or sour cream help too. I added another garlic clove. I just used a $4.99 store special thin cut beef that I can’t remember the name of but it wasn’t flank or skirt. It is going into the rotation I loved it so much. I want to have it again tonight. Yes! Thank you. Eventually, I’m going to try grilling it. It’s better Steak fajita than many restaurants I’ve enjoyed. The flavor was there. Dancing. Can’t thank you all enough.
