I’ll make this again, but will cut back on the garlic, prob down to a teaspoon. Love your tip on mixing the butter with the crackers. For my poppyseed casserole I always drizzled the butter – your method makes sure every crumb is coated and gets crisp!

This had a few steps to it, but it took me about an hour to put together. I used a rotisserie chicken from costco and that saved some $$$. So much better than the “cream of” soup recipes we had as kids. Everyone loved it!

I must confess because of lack of time I used a large jar of Alfredo Sauce, but I am sure the sauce recipe would have made it even better. Has anyone frozen this recipe and if so, did you freeze with the cracker topping?

you’d be amazed at what a teaspoon of curry powder does, when added to the sauce ingredients. That’s the original chicken divan.

Too salty for my taste. The nutrition info shows over 1,600 mg sodium in one serving – that’s about a whole day’s worth . I could not make this in the one hour thst the recipe states. To date I’ve loved the StayatHome chef recipes , but regretably I won’t make this again.
