I have roasted my potatoes similarly but I put the potatoes pieces and olive oil in a zip lock bag and shake them up for even coverage. Then when I spread them out on a baking sheet I sprinkle them with Janes crazy mixed up salt and pepper. I will definitely try adding the garlic butter at the end. Great idea! We love garlic! Thank you! ❤️

But then I keep my garlic powder in the freezer, because the longer it stays in the freezer the stronger it gets. Garlic is the only herb or spice that is not killed by the frost of the freezer.
