I did try this recipe as well it was the first time I had made chicken parmesan ever. The dinner came out perfect and as I thought it was way better than restaurant versions. I am Sicilian and make a host of my cultures meals. I did think that the oven at 450 would be too high however it was not. I kept and eye on mine and it did not take the full amount of time to be in the oven.
