This was sooooo good! Cut back the cajun to 1 tsp in veggies as the spice I bought had some heat but may add the 2 tsp. next time. Will be a go to recipe for my family.

holy crap this is absolutely delicious. I tried this recipe from the printed cookbook and went to the effort of leaving a review online. The whole family loved it. I was worried the cajun spice would be too strong so I held back on it, and we ended up adding it all back in. It’s good without it, but DELICIOUS with it.

The sauce had really good flavor. I used spiral pasta rather than linguini and it was fine. Also chopped the onions and green peppers. Added some salt to the cream sauce. The chicken was good but a bit dry for my taste, maybe it is just me. Thank you for this recipe, and for instructions for homemade Cajun seasoning! I can’t wait to try your other recipes!
