My son made this tonight and it was excellent! Love that the breading is light. The sauce is delicious. One of the many recipes were are enjoying from your book! I just bought another copy as a briday shower gift. This is a great book for all types of cooks.

I have made this 3 times now and it is amazing every time. I gave some to friends to try and they were blown away. It is now my ‘go to recipe’ when I have people for dinner. From Australia I had never heard of Orange chicken.We have lemon chicken which is very different. Thankyou so much for sharing this recipe with us all. Even here in Australia
