I just put the ingredients together to marinate. The notes seem to indicate that there was going to be a lot of juice? Mine seems dry yet I went through the recipe several times and don’t see that I missed anything? Should there be a lot of juice?

I’m doubling the recipe for 9 people. That’s 4 lb of gnocchi!!! That’s an awful lot of gnocchi isn’t it. If I make 2 lb of pasta with a meal that’s more than everyone eats.

I have made this several times. It is a fan favorite in our home especially when my husband likes his steak well done. This way it cooks evenly and thoroughly.

I made this a few days ago. It’s great but dry were the comments I got. I butter fry gnocchi as that’s how I was introduced to it, and everybody loves the crisp bite. Next time it was suggested I make a sauce or gravy.

Had this a few days ago at a friends place. Loved it except for being way over salted. I finally got the recipe! Leaving out the salt completely. Going to add broccoli and have a complete one pan meal.
