This was dinner tonight. Followed your recipe but did add garlic and onion powder, as we love garlic savory food. It was a hit! It was juicy, flavorful, simple and quick. Paired with broccoli and wild rice. Made the please make again, mom list! Thank you.

My Pork Chops were wonderful! They were 2 inches thick and needed more time to get to the perfect 145 mark. Juicy and flavorful! Sided with a baked sweet potato…I would say star restaurant quality!!

Wow, all this time I’ve been over cooking my pork chops. They always come out dry and hard. Follow this recipe and I couldn’t believe it. They were excellent husband was loving them. I didn’t think that thicker pork chops would cook all the way through if you cooked them this fast but Yep, they came out bomb Diggity. Thank you.
