Made these for Christmas morning for the first time and they were so easy to make. The instructions were easy to follow as well . Made them the night before and put them in the fridge and they came out amazing. My son said they were the best he’s had. Will be making them forever. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

I mistakenly bought all unsalted butter, can I use it or should I get some salted butter?

Easy and good, but I’ve found after making these twice is that doing the overnight method they lose a lot of texture and are more dense, seem to not raise as well .I will definitely make them again but will only make them when I have enough time to do it all at once.

I’ve been making cinnamon rolls for Christmas gifts for years. I tried your recipe this year and can say these are The Best Cinnamon Rolls Ever! I made 5 dozen this year and could feel the “fluffyness” of the dough. I will use this recipe going forward.

In reply to Debbie. Nope! No need to. This recipe uses instant dry yeast so you don't have to proof it. Even if you use active dry yeast instead, it still works to skip the proofing and it'll just take a little longer to rise, about 15 minutes.

I have been wanting to make cinnamon rolls for years and going to try this today. All the other videos I have been watching have you put yeast in milk and let it sit until it is bubbly. Do you not do this with this recipe?
