I am not a very good cook, and I shy away from trying new things, so I was afraid… very afraid. But oh… my… goodness… they were absolutely delicious! Perfection! My only rule for ribs is I want them to fall off the bone,( I don’t like gnawing on bones LOL) and these did! Just like Texas Roadhouse!

Yum! Yum! I’ve made them a few times for my boys and they were delicious! I changed it up last time. I added 1 tablespoon of brown sugar to the rub and used a boneless 3 lb. chuck roast. Cooked it in the crockpot for 8 hours. Brushed Sweet Baby Ray’s honey BBQ sauce on it. Put in the oven on broil for 5 minutes to caramelize it. My boys and I loved it! It tasted just like rib meat. We used the drippings to dip the meat in.
