these are great. For years my mother used a can of French Onion soup for cooking beef roast. For us in the family that did not like the texture of the cooked onion she would blend the soup before pouring over the meat. Good shortcut with a lot of flavor. I have found other very good recipes on your site. Thank you

I made this today. I’ve never had short ribs before. They were very good. Very tender. I made a gravy with the pan drippings. It was good too.

Hands down delicious flavor! I had never made short ribs before because they are super expensive. I made the recipe as written (oven preparation) except used all beef broth instead of red wine. I cooked it with carrots and then had the sauce on mashed potatoes. In my opinion this is as good as a fancy restaurant meal. Thank you for a great recipe!

My 2nd time making these ribs,wouldn’t change a thing. I use well marbled beef ribs,the fat just melts in your mouth.
