It’s a different kind of fudge, isn’t it? Sugar cookie fudge is most frequently made with a sugar cookie mix which, of course, includes flour. You could always leave it out and just use the almond flavoring as your sugar cookie flavoring.

Why is there flour in this fudge recipe? I made it today, and yes, it sets up FAST, too fast actually. It was difficult to get the white chocolate to dissolve, and had to stir it for a very long time over med/low heat to dissolve the chips. I can taste the flour in it. 😕
