Wonderful! My adjustments included using lite coconut milk instead of cow milk, and a few shakes of cinnamon and chili powder for the pudding – scrumptious! I also forgot to add the butter to the caramel sauce and it was fine. I did not add the caramel sauce to the pudding, just let my guests add as much/little as they wanted. It really is so versatile. Thanks for reminding me about rice pudding!

It taste great the only problem with it is it’s to sweet for me and the rice may need more time to cook depending on how much is used

I made rice pudding about a year ago and thought, "Meh. Something only Mom likes." Guess I will have to give this recipe a try!
