I revisited this recipe because I wanted to like it. This time I cut back on the broth to bring out more marsala flavor. Sauce never really got thick enough until I added corn starch slurry. Thicker sauce and better flavor. Thank you!

I was a bit unsatisfied with this one. The marsala wine flavor got lost in the sauce. I used a bottle of marsala wine, not cooking wine. Next time I think I will reduce the amount of chicken broth.

In reply to Pam. Although I love all your dishes, I had some issue with the sauce here. I'll definitely try this again. The sauce never really thicker and didn't have much marsala flavor. I am going to use less chicken broth next time. Thank you for everything!!
