These were absolutely delicious. Definitely add the cinnamon (and even a little more) because it balances out the creamy, oat-y flavor. Soft and perfectly sweetened. I’m going to use this recipe and add chocolate chips. *This varies from TSAHC oatmeal chocolate chip cookies recipe, but comments say that cookie was more puffy than dense and chewy. I think this dough with chips, nuts or dried fruit would be divine. Enjoy!

Another wonderful recipe! I used cinnamon, and cannot imagine it without. It balances the creamy, earthy oats. I baked mine for 12 minutes which resulted in a firm, but soft cookie. This is perfect for us. The cookie without icing is great if you prefer less sweetness, but the icing is the cherry on top, so to speak. Declicious.
