Christmas charcuterie board is a seasonal twist on your favorite appetizer. Made with seasonal meats, cheeses, jams, jellies, and fruit; your guests won’t be able to resist — and neither will you! ’Tis the season!

Ingredients
Hard to firm cheeses
cranberry cheddar, baked parmesan chips, Merlot cheddar
Semi-soft cheeses
horseradish havarti, cranberry wensleydale
Soft cheeses
flavored goat cheese, brie, fresh mozzarella balls
Cured meats
sopressata, salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, ham
Fruits
pomegranate seeds, figs, and other seasonal fruits
Nuts
candied pecans, variety nuts
Condiments
honey, mustard, pickles, olives
Crackers or breads
Instructions
Add cheeses to the board, pre-slicing any semi-soft cheese. Place a knife for cutting any firm/hard cheese, and something to spread the soft cheeses.
Add meats to the board. Fold or spread them as desired.
Add in fruits and crackers.
Give the final touches of adding in nuts and any condiments.
