This simple and flavorful Asian sesame vinaigrette combines rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for a delicious salad dressing or marinade.
In a small bowl or sealable jar, combine 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons black pepper.
