Brussels sprouts
trimmed and halved
1/4
cup
melted butter

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
minced garlic
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the melted butter and olive oil over the sprouts and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the air fryer rack or basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
Roast in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the sprouts are tender, about 9-11 minutes. Toss them halfway through roasting.
During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
Serve hot.
